DPF / EGR /ADBLUE SOLUTIONS
DPF and EGR delete software disables the DPF regen system and EGR valve functions, reducing related performance issues and improving throttle response when used in appropriate off-road applications.
DIAGNOSTICS
DPF CLEANING / REGENERATION
A Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) traps soot from diesel exhaust and must be cleared to maintain performance. DPF regeneration burns off soot at high temperatures, either automatically or through an engine-controlled cycle. If buildup remains, DPF cleaning uses specialized equipment to remove soot and ash, restoring proper airflow and efficiency.

CAR CODING
We can code specific components to your vehicle or unlock hidden features normally reserved for higher-spec models. This can include lighting functions, start-stop settings, and much more. Availability varies by vehicle, so some models may not be supported yet.

Stage 2 is where things start to get serious. This level of tuning typically requires supporting hardware upgrades, usually to the exhaust or airflow system, depending on the vehicle.
Stage 3
Stage 3 is for truly hardcore builds. It requires extensive vehicle modifications that vary from setup to setup, ranging from upgraded turbos to fully forged engines. This is the level for the genuinely power hungry.

Step 1
Initial inspection
We run a full diagnostic inspection to identify any underlying issues and provide solutions on the spot, making sure everything is in good working order and ready for remapping.
Step 2
Read the ECU & remap
We use industry-leading tuning tools to safely extract the ECU data, which is then sent to our expert calibrators to create a precise, custom-tailored tune for your vehicle.
Step 3
Transfer the new tuned file
We upload the newly optimised ECU file back onto your vehicle, run final checks to confirm everything’s performing as it should, and then take the car out for a test drive to verify the results.
Step 4
